Even though it had only been a few weeks since we lost Baby Grant, we decided to go ahead with plans for my mom and me and the kids to drive to Washington to visit Brian and Carrie and their family. Marcus and I felt like it would be good for me. We were both nervous about being away from each other, because we don't spend a whole lot of time apart! But I think it turned out to be really good for all of us.
We did a whole lot of just hanging out, which we don't get to do too often with these fun cousins!

Alli drove home with us to Utah to stay for a few weeks. Apparently she thought that actually meant DRIVING!
