We had a great Labor Day! We participated in the John G. Bartholomew Memorial 5k Run (that's a mouthful!) where we ran to the Oquirrh Mountain Temple in memory of my grandpa and his life and temple service. The memory of that sure made the hill up to the temple more enjoyable! We spent the rest of the morning and afternoon playing games and eating with family.
We're in the middle ~ Marcus ran with the boys and Maizie walked with my mom!
The next day we went to the the Layton Roofing yearly party! After last years we knew it would be a blast and they didn't disappoint! The kids made out with a light saber, Iron Man 2 figure and a light up princess car! Marcus and I made out with lots of money and good food and friends to top it all off. They are the best employers anyone could ask for!
