We went to the zoo on Maizie's birthday and had a blast!! Of course Jacob chose the non-moving animal on the merry-go-round and Tate just followed...
But Maizie had a great time on her bouncing monkey!
It was definitely the highlight of this birthday girl's day!!
Our friends even brought cupcakes to celebrate (okay maybe this was the highlight of the birthday girl's day!)
Maizie got this adorable elephant wrapped in a pink blanket...she fell in love with it and kept snuggling it!

After brief naps we headed with my mom, grandma, 2 of my brothers and their families to the Copper Mine, because what little girl doesn't want to spend their birthday at a Copper Mine?? It was actually REALLY cool...
Can't wait for daddy to get home so we can have this little girls REAL birthday party...just a couple of days now!!

Wow, zoo and the mine all in the same day. Looks like the PARTY has already started! Yeah, I'm so excited to see everyone and of course we better hang out. And can I just say that your kids are looking all grown-up..? Why do we live so far away???!!!!
