We planned a day for a picnic and paddleboating, but when we got to the Daybreak lake we were promptly informed that you can no longer use the lake unless you live in Daybreak...losers, is all I have to say. They even had a guy in a raft with a motor and megaphone yelling at families. No longer a fan of Daybreak. But nonetheless after the wind died down, we just sat around and talked and laughed and enjoyed an awesome summer day with good food.

We always have fun with friends, even when plans fail. The kids played on the playground nearby, and we tried to figure out whose poop was on the slide! FYI we determined it was not from our children (at least we hope so!!)
