We found a great spot at the parade and there was this man sitting there. "Are you saving these spots?" He replied with his thick german accent, "No I'm alone, I've been alone for 23 years." Needless to say we sat by him. He was the nicest old man and thouroughly enjoyed our company, and I thouroughly enjoyed his laughter. It was the laughter you only hear from someone who has experienced as much as he has in life. And in that short time, we heard about it. We couldn't pronounce his other names so he said we could call him Max. Save us a spot next year Max!

Uncle Jake and Jacob, and the dirty little goats. Yes, dirty.
